The Domaine Didier Amiot was born in 2020, when Didier (5th generation of winegrowers in the Amiot family) decided to separate from his brother, who had led with him the Domaine Amiot Pierre et fils.
The small farm is located in Morey St. Denis, has 3.2 hectares of land and organic conversion (2022).
The vinification respects the Burgundy tradition: cold maceration before maceration, destemmed grapes and aging of 18 months in barrique (30% new barrique for 1er Cru and up to 50% for Grand Cru Clos de La Roche).
