FENJA HINZ

Fenja was born in Erlangen, in the Middle Franconia region of Germany. There is not even a shadow of wine, there you drink beer! It is the awareness of wanting to become a wine grower since childhood that pushes her towards this fantastic world.

Fenja has always been looking for new challenges, also to demonstrate her abilities and this is how she pursues her dream after school of becoming a wine producer. The challenge is hard, but nothing is impossible for her: Start in Tuscany, then return to Germany to study oenology and then arrive in South Tyrol, a beautiful reality but not really simple if you were not born there.
And here his challenge begins to take shape, just like a work of art.

Day after day, year after year, Fenja finally shapes her work: She lives in this relationship of “collaboration” between lives and nature, as they are the ones who mark the times. The good winegrower, adapts and adopts the best solutions. Produces only 2 wines, a Pinot Noir Riserva and a Pinot Blanc Riserva for a total of about 1800 bottles.
