High school friends Romain Dupont and Guillaume Bellona found the Domaine Les Aricoques in Frangy, in the heart of Haute-Savoie. The two have traveled all over the world researching and appreciating the gastronomy of other cultures, then returning to France working with Stephane Ogier and Domaine Giachino! After friendly pressure from their friends Francois and Justine Petit-Boxler, Adrien Dhondt and Guillaume Selosse, the two founded Domaine Les Aricoques in 2021.
It’s not clear to me yet if they have found Frangy, or is Frangy having found them: two great interpreters of a unique terroir! From the first vintage their idea of wine is very clear: great freshness and verticality. Search for perfect maturity without losing acidity.
